Shipping Policy

Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you've made your purchase. Artwork is shipped USPS Priority Mail, the client is responsible for shipping cost listed during purchase, we will cover shipping insurance cost. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive.

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it.  Photograph any damage to the artwork and immediately complete form below. Be sure the carrier documents the damage. 
Note:  We are not responsible for stolen items where shipment delivery has been confirmed by USPS.

Return Policy

Before purchasing a painting you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit.  If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact our studio (contact form below) and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.  For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To return your artwork, you should mail your product to: Tricia Shands Fine Art, 640 Luther Street, Chesapeake, VA 23322. Please email us the tracking number for the return so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork.
